1.5 Year Program

Your two semesters of study on our London campus will allow you to look in depth at the world of real estate investment, with a specific focus on hotel development and asset management. Other topics include private equity, financial modelling and mergers & acquisitions.

The expert Glion faculty will be supplemented by active market practitioners, alongside top academics from renowned institutions.

The program incorporates a Real Estate Challenge (see separate tab), plus a Business Research Project featuring a real-world business scenario that will enable you to develop your critical thinking, research and writing skills.

The Real Estate Challenge will mobilize your in-class learning and allow you to discover what will be expected of you as an industry professional.

Your challenge is to screen and conduct the due diligence on a selection of real-life hotel and real estate assets. You will then design asset-level strategies to reach investors’ objectives, and structure the portfolio into a fund, for which you must write the prospectus.

The project will culminate in a final presentation to an investment committee comprised of industry professionals.

Put your learning into practice, and expand your professional network, during the program’s international field trip.

This will give you the opportunity to explore an international real estate market close-up, through a specially-curated program of visits and assignments.

Our dedicated Career and Internship team will give you the resources, techniques and tools to achieve your professional objectives as a Master’s graduate.

We offer every student highly personalized career services, from advice on writing the perfect CV to finding the right roles to match their skills and interests.

Team members act as your personal career counselors; working tirelessly to develop an ever-growing list of premium quality industry partners, so you have access to the very best career opportunities.
